Four Generations
Here is “Bababa” as my daughter affectionately calls her great- grandmother Pavla Zhiltsova Yakubovsky, together with her great granddaughter, my daughter Xenia.
When she first learned to speak, my daughter decide to add an extra ba, to the Russian word for Baba (Grandmother).
Baba is autographing a copy of the English translation of her book No Tea For Fruit here prior to the celebration of her 100th Birthday.
